2015 Maltech returned to the Philippines, commissioned by AWI Outsourcing, to design the structural steelwork for a proposed multi-story warehouse building using the revised structural codes for seismic and wind activity. Economy of design was crucial to the Client with a view to using minimal steel sizes.
