We quickly carried out a survey with the help of a builder who had already removed the relevant ceilings. Luckily, by liasing with a steel fabricator we were able to design a speedy and pragmatic solution; this meant that the hotel was closed for the minimum amount of time with not too much loss of revenue for the client.
