Early last winter we received the disturbing news that Santa almost became the victim of a dangerous driver! A car had crashed through the wall of our local garden centre, nearly flattening his Grotto – luckily unoccupied at the time. Fortunately the car had narrowly missed the building’s main steel columns before being halted by some sturdy wind bracing.
