A client owned a dilapidated shack used as a holiday home high up on cliffs overlooking Filey Bay. To replace the original building the client commissioned a new house from Architects Bramhall & Blenkharn. They designed a unique steel and timber structure featuring a sedum roof in the shape of a leaf .
maltech was asked to supply the Structural Design for this challenging structure. With the aid of 3D steelwork models they designed the steelwork skeleton. The photos show how it will be almost a shame to cover up this interesting structure. |
