Established in 2000 by the MD Alan Mitchell, maltech are Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers, who provide professional structural, civil and surveying services to clients both nationwide and abroad. maltech offer a range of engineering services, but our primary function as Chartered Structural Engineers mean that we are specialists in building design, construction, repair, conversion, and extension of buildings.

This former farm complex is located in a stunning location on the North Yorkshire Coast. The Duchy of Lancaster, as owners, looked to develop their site by increasing the number of holiday cottages and the infrastructure there.

44-46 Wheelgate, Malton

44-46 Wheelgate

On October 21st 2002 a small shop in a North Yorkshire market town suffered a catastrophic fire (possibly caused by a firework). The shop is in a conservation area so had to be rebuilt in the original Victorian style.
